Hi Everyone

I have been training quite consistently for the past few months and now in about 6/7 weeks the kids are breaking up from school and i am hoping to get into what i call my summer body.

So today i have decided to hit my workouts hard and hopefully get in my (hopefully) summer shape by the time the kids get off on their school days.

WEDNESDAY 4TH JUNE 2014.

ATLAS PUSHUPS I: 250 REPS.
CLOSE GRIP CHINUPS: 100 REPS.

All the best.

KEITH JAMES.

This was a quick workout and is part of my Jujitsu warm up:

WALL SQUAT: 1 MINUTE.
MILITARY PUSHUPS: 100 REPS.
CRUNCHES: 50 REPS.
LEG RAISES (VARIOUS WAYS): IN TOTAL: 100 REPS.

After this workout i did 1 1/2 hours of Jujitsu practice, this is classed as my cardio.

Dear Keith,

At one point martial arts were the only cardio I could stand either!

Those are some great numbers... very impressive.

How did you start doing 5 sets of DSR exercises?

Hi ChuckH

Sorry for the delay in my reply to you, right i vary it between to heights, it depends on which i can get my hands on at the time of my training:

Firstly i use stools that are a height of 20 inches and the others i use are the height of 10 inches.

I hope this answers your question, cheers for the thread.

All the best.
