crunches 1-24=300
squats 1-24=300

Shoveling snow has been a breeze for the past couple of years. I shovel my property and four other older peoples sidewalk in my neighborhood. One thing I have to say is Greg is right if you keep plugging away it gets easier. Never felt better physically.

25 modified Burpees
100 reverse Lunges (50 each side)
50 crunches
25 modified Burpees
100 stepups (50 each side)
50 crunches
25 modified Burpees
100 Good mornings
50 crunches
25 modified Burpees
50 twisting crunches

After I did 1 set each of the Tiger Moves for 10 reps

I did wide grip pullups.Haven't done these in awhile. I got an unbelievable pump in my lats,shoulders,and chest.

Feet elevated pushups - medium wide hand position - 4 sets of 30 reps supersetted with DSR neck front, back, side, and rotation from the front.




Pushups - medium wide hand position - 4 sets of 30 reps supersetted with DSR shoulders - side raise, side pulldown (Sinkram Chest no. 6), one arm front deltoid raise, behind the neck press (Sinkram Chest Builder no. 8 ) for 15 reps each side.




Three Chair Dips
4 sets of 30 reps supersetted with DSR back exercises - seated one leg row, standing one leg row, cross body pull, and cross body row except that instead of pulling across the waist, pull across the chest, engaging the upper back muscles more. Do 15 reps each side.




4 sets of diamond pushups 12 reps, supersetted with DSR biceps - curl, reverse curl, curl from centerline of body, and L swing for 15 each side.

Feet Elevated 24-1 Countdown alternated with Crunches 1-24 for a total of 300 reps each

Isometric Power Belt
Neck forward,neck backward, and head turn with a DSR FOR 25 REPS FOR EACH RIGHT AFTER
Incline chair curls 3 postions right after DVR incline curls 25 reps
Standing tricep extension right after DVR tricep extension 25 reps
Standing curls right after DVR standing curl 25 reps
Lying tricep extension right after DVR the same movement for 25 reps
