Hello Everyone,

I could not be more excited about my new Isometric Power Belt exercises.

Seriously, I have now discovered the answers that I was always looking for my entire life in how to take Isometric Contraction to the absolute limit of strength development while doing so in complete safety.

For example, I have developed a way that can be used relating to ALL pressing movements that allows one to achieve the absolute limit of strength in Military, Incline and Horizontal (bench) Presses that not only would allow one to develop the absolute maximum of strength and muscular contraction but that allows one to totally DECOMPRESS one's spine at the same time. This sounds like an impossibility...I KNOW.

BUT wait till you see what I've done. And how I am teaching it.

Sounds great and it is a good thing to decompress the spine. Looking forward to seeing this.
