Doing things a bit different this week. Rather than doing all three sets at once, I'm doing one set of each exercise and then starting over again. More like a circuit style training.

Chins - 3x12 (Used chair for assistance on last few reps)
DSR Curls - 3x10

Atlas II Push-Ups -3x18
DSR Arm Extensions - 3x10

Handstand Push-Ups - Can't do full range yet, so my focus was on the 3 holds with some partials mixed in
DSR Rope Pull - 3x12

Legs and core...

Squats: 3x30
Isometric Power Belt Squats between sets

Superman Wheel Push-Ups: 3x16
Gymnastics Bridge: 1 minute hold

Lunges 3x14
Isometric Power Belt Deadlifts between sets

Upper body again, same as before with Power T push-ups instead of Atlas II's:

Building up for my rope climb, I've been focusing on pulling movements a lot. So today I'm going to focus on pressing.

Atlas II Push-Ups - 3x20
VRT Pulldowns - 3x10

Handstand Push-Ups - Can't do full range yet, so my focus was on the 3 holds with some partials mixed in
VRT Lateral Raises - 3x10

Dips - 3x15
DVR Wrist Twists - 3x10

Atlas II Push-Ups - 10x20
Alternated with every other set:
DSR Overhead Extensions - 3x10
DSR Chest Press - 3x10

Today's my He-Man Upper Body Blaster! Two sets of each exercise in the group, then move to the next group.

Handstand Push-Ups - Can't do full range yet, so my focus was on holds with some partials mixed in
DSR Arm Raises - x10

Chin-Ups - x12
DSR Arm Curls - x10

Close Grip Push-Ups - x20
DSR Overhead Extensions - x10

Pull-Ups - x10
DSR Belt Rows - x10

Atlas II Push-Ups - x20
DSR Chest Press - x10

It's been a very bust week. I've done mostly just a few DVRs and push-ups in hotel rooms this week. But today I was able to get in my full He-Man Upper Body Blaster. Need to get some leg and core work in next week.
