At some point it would be prudent to hire a lawyer. There is sufficient evidence for a successful defamation lawsuit.

A less confrontational possibility would be to make this forum private except for registered users. That would make it less friendly for newbies who want to observe first before participating, but would restrict access to unwanted folks.

Duff,

It is possible that this forum may take a more restrictive form in the future. We keep a lot of undesireable folks off now, but some people are afraid to interact on this forum because they don't want reprisals from this little group of rodents. That is one reason the rats keep troll identities on this forum.

It is not as bad as it once was, but it still goes on. If someone starts having good results from John's methods and advice, they begin to work on them with P.M.'s and e-mails, building them up, inviting them to the rat forum to learn the truth about J.P. and the rats tell them that John is a liar and fraud. Once there they get hooked into the gossip, juvenile antics, bathroom humor, pornography, and homoerotic nature of that forum. If that doesn't work, the rats insinuate that they'd smear and make fun of them like they do John, Joe, Gordon and I.

Some people buy into it and some people just leave. No one should have deal with that kind of intimidation. If you don't like John Peterson or don't agree with him that should be your call. You shouldn't have to dance to the tune played by the king rat that controls this little swarm of rodents. And I think rodent is a lot better analogy than using a cartoon character like Wiley Coyote. Especially since these rodents swarm the back alleys of the internet and slitheringly sneak in and out of holes where they are not wanted. Isn't that right Dave and Parker?

Hey Friends,

No question about it. In order to maintain a healthy atmosphere in one's home that is clean and free of disease of all types one must remove all VERMIN and be diligent in seeing to it that VERMIN are NEVER allowed to return. We have done that and will continue to do just that.

I also believe that Greg Newton is absolutely right. I used to laugh at their insane antics and call them Wile E Coyotes. But I think 'rodent' is a far more appropriate term as relates to them and a lot better analogy than using a cartoon character like Wile E Coyote. Especially since king rat and his lackey rodents swarm the back alleys of the internet and slitheringly sneak in and out of places where they are not wanted. Now bluto gets to enjoy their company.

I come here to talk about exercise, to get support and support others in developing themselves. I appreciate the efforts of Joe and other moderators in keeping this forum in order so we can have such discussions.

For what it's worth, my vote is for a private forum, perhaps even with a small monthly contribution of say $5. I'd gladly pay it to get back on topic.

I'd also like to mention that I've been banned from a forum before, for posting a link to an article critical of a product the forum owner was selling (it wasn't his product but an affiliate product he was selling). I felt being banned was unfair of the forum owner as this was my first "offense" and not against official forum rules, so I complained to him. I thought his justification was arbitrary and I asked to be reinstated. He denied my request. I still don't like his decision, but it is his website, so that's that. I have not created alternate forum profiles under masked IP addresses, harrassed the forum owner, or harrassed other forum members for I feel that would be an immature response.

We all have personal conflicts from time to time, but how we deal with them is a reflection of our character and our values.

The main loser banned me from his "forum" because I successfully disproved allegations against Transformics. Not that it was much of a loss, that place has become little more than a cesspool of toxic words mostly directed against John, Joe and Greg....and now me! That's all right, they aren't all bad....they place me in the same company as Greg, John and Joe! I must agree with them. I would rather associate with civil, intelligent people who have achieved positive results in life, than the the losers there! And the other loser has disappearred after even one of them got disgusted with his B/S and challeneged him to a photo pose comparison. My hunch is he will reappear elsewhere after the dust settles and start his nonsense again.

With those words of wisdom, I believe it is time to get back on topic. My apologies to our forum members for exposing this curtain to some of the behind the scenes problems John and the moderators deal with. Sometimes however, I think it is important to see what kind of insanity we contend with at times. That way you understand what certain people get banned or are asked to leave, or why there are kooky things being said about John Peterson in the innermost recesses of the internet.

We are not at war with anyone. We are here to present products, Transformetrics and Nutriprima, and a service, this forum; period. John, Joe and I appreciate those who have supported us here and elsewhere. So with that, I will close this thread and the other one dealing with this topic DOWN.
