Hi Folks

I have been training quite often for the past few months but i have not got the results that i was hoping for.

Yesterday i started a new routine to train with, fingers crossed it will work for me.

I am going to give it at least 12 to 14 weeks to see if there is any change in my physique.

So i thought if i put it down on here then i will be able to see how my training is progressing, to keep me on the right path.

Right onto my workouts that i did yesterday and today.

MONDAY 10TH MARCH 2014.

Military Pushups: 200 reps.
Atlas pushups III: 150 reps.
Handstand Pushups: 5 sets of 10 reps.
Facing The Wall Handstand Pushups: 5 sets of 10 reps.

TUESDAY 11TH MARCH 2014.

Close Grip Chinups: 5 sets of 8 reps.
Tiger Bend Pushups: 150 reps.
Situps: 100 reps.
Leg Raises: 100 reps.

Okay that is it for today. A rest day tomorrow, so onwards to Thursday for my next workout.

Until then.

KEITH JAMES.

Hi Keith,
having just read your workout, I would not worry about improving your physique. Anyone who does a workout which has 200 reps of handstand pushups must look like a gorilla!
Awesome to read,
All the best,
Tony from South Wales.

Hi Lordofthesithuk

Hope your keeping well.

I am hoping to improve on my all round body i.e. cardio, fat burning, muscle building, etc.

I have been training quite hard for the past few months but it never turned out as i thought it would, hopefully this workout will help me out.

I know it will take a few months to see any improvement but i don't mind, i love to train.

I hope your training is going well, weather's nice now for a change.
