No workout today. I didn't sleep the best, and it was a doozy of a weekend.

I'm sure work stress, due to us eliminating a position, has something do to with it as well.

No workout today. I had some kind of stomach issue first thing, which threw off my routine.

Also, I didn't wake up with a lot of motivation, due to the ongoing work stuff. I continue to pray for guidance, peace and strength.
