Hi Everyone

I have been training on a consistent basis since the last time i posted on this forum.

Well i am still going strong but now the kids are home from school on their summer holidays, i decided to chop up my workout and do short workouts through the day.

So starting tomorrow i will be doing what i call my 'warrior conditioning workout'.

I hope you enjoy what i put down and maybe give it a go.

All the best.

Hi

Just a little note here, if you are trying to lose weight, on the off days do your cardio workouts then. If you are hoping to put on muscle, then eat healthily and on the off days train your legs on the off days to put muscles on your legs.
