*Note - there are a lott of DSR and FMT exercises in PYTP I have never tried before and will be doing this go round. I plan on keeping this workout up until the end of January.

*Note - I am working thourgh the various chest, back, neck, shoulder, bicep and tricep FMT's from Pushing Yourself to Power daily. I do neck, chest and back in the A.M. and shoulders, biceps and triceps in the P.M. IPYTP is still a classic and well worth the money.

After two weeks of the previous workout I've lost some from around the waist and leaned up my torso. I am back to work tommorrow so for the time I am going to cut back to one G.U.T.S. workout and then the DSR's from PYTP for neck, back, chest, shoulders arms and triceps. No more than an hour.

24 minutes of of DSR and DVR from PYTP

23 minutes followed by 20 minutes of Isometrics and self-resistance exercises from Pushuing Yourself to Power

*Note - I decided to throw some Tiger Stretch, a.k.a. Hindu pushups into the mix for a little variety.

14 minutes of FMT exercises - 2 neck, 3 shoulder, 2 chest, 3 back, 3 bicep, 3 tricep, and one for the legs

*Note - 500 Stepups takes me longer than 300 knee bends

*Note - the Crunch variations are 1, 2, 5, 6, from PYTP, a twisting crunch, and a twisting elbow to knee crunch

Level 3 of the 24/7 Living Strength - 37:30 minutes

FMT Work - Neck X 10, Push Down and Push up X 10, Tension Curl X 10, the C.A.T. X 10, Ab Contractions X 10 and Leg Isometric 3 times each each side.- 6 minutes

*Note - since this was an a.m. workout I did crunches instead of Atlas situps. The Crunches were numbers 1,2, 5, and 6 from PYTP; as well an oblique crunch and twisting elbow to opposite knee crunch.

Afterwards I did 18 minutes of FMT - self resistance, extensors vs. flexors and isometrics
