7-19-14: Saturday....attempted the following..but got interrupted by 'life' and didn't finish it up....

Was going to go from 30-20 in declining sets of TBS
Was going to go from 20-10 in declining sets of WPT
Was gong to go from 20-10 in declining sets of Atlas s/u's

These were suppersetted...TBS, then WPT, then s/u....then next number...and so on..

In all would have been 275 TBS
165 in both WPT's and Atlas s/u's

Made it through 24 of the TBS....so 189 TBS
Made it through 14 of the WPT and Atlas....so 119 of each. This took 23 minutes.
I was cooked...and like I said by the time the issue was taken care of..it was about 1/2 hr later and life took over from there..so didn't finish it.

I'm going give this one a go again soon.
Right forearm hurt for about a day after this one. I was forcing it a bit

7-23-14: Wednesday completed the following this morning

Went for Full GUTS workout.....went for it...didn't get it..but here's what I was able to do

46 A 3 p/u in 1 min
53 A s/u in 3 min
235 TBS (new record) in 12 min
125 PYTP crunches in 3 min (spasm were happening...so the crunches were easier on my ribs)
45 A 3 p/u in 1 min
20 & 15 MILOS respectively for each arm

Legs were tired and 2 hrs later still feel it.

I have to drink more water during the day. I was getting muscle spasms in the rib area and calf area.
I think a bit dehydrated

That's it....

OK...not as diligent as others at writing down my full FMT workout nd reps and tension levels. Be that as it may:

Friday, July 25th, 2014:

Full body, 2 and 3 sets (body part dependent) various reps and tension levels - 8 total exercises some DSR and some DVR style
25 min. nice workout this morning.

5 supersets of the following
1st 25 TBS; 30 Atlas 1 p/u's with 18" high chairs; 50 crunches
2nd 35 TBS; 12 Military p/u's with my old Power Pushup 1 (green cable...rated at 80lbs resistance...I haven't used this in over 6 or 7 years; I also have a black cable unit rated at 100 lbs...didn't dare to try that one yet); 50 crunches
3rd 50 TBS; 30 Atlas 1 p/u's with 18" high chairs; 50 crunches
4th 50TBS; 14 Military p/u's with my old Power Pushup; 50 crunches
5th 50 TBS; 30 Atlas 1 p/u's with 18" high chairs; 50 crunches

Took about 35 minutes. Nice workout and shoulders still feel the pump of the Power pushup over 5 hrs later.
after note:
Will try this workout again later in the week and see how the black cable Power pushup 1 feels. I remember I had an orange one, I think rated at 60 lbs resistance. I loaned it out to someone I worked with and never saw it again. Lesson learned

That looks like a great workout!

It always seems easier to achieve "tension" in the upper body work... getting it for the squats is another matter for me.

So how'd your DVR squats go?

Chuck,
I don't rush them. I go a bit lower than quarter. I try to concentrate to create the tension and kind if do a 3-4 count on my way up. It's hard but I do feel the 'leg shake ' and get the quad quiver too. So I know I'm working them
