Lately I have been getting into Arm Wrestling and researching ways to train and figured out a couple ways to do it. Learning about Dennis Rogers, Mac Batcholer, Dan Patton and other guys of both AW and Physical Culture. I like it and have had a couple matches in the last 18-20 months, one was a guy who was 6'3 around 250-270 lbs. and beaten him with either arm and have recently taken on one of the strongest cats around Logan Christopher and best him with my left and lost but put up a good fight with my right. Here's my video that I filmed today demo my training.

Benny,
I noticed in the video your usinig rubber ressitance tubing. Have you tried to use the iso belt at various positions in the movement....say with arm up at 90-degrees....down to 45-degrees and down to 20-10 degrees? This may be an element that with time ...and timed holds at various tensions....could help you out at various 'sticking' points that occur during a match.

Just an idea.

Isorez,

I actually have used the Iso Belt on many occassions for Arm Wrestling, I wrap up around my tree outside and just pull from different angles, this will be apart of my training later on cause right now I'm getting the technique down from different angles. Thanks for letting me know tho.
