That seems like a long time, but it has gone fast. I have lost close to 20 pounds, down from 190-195 to 176. My waist has gone down 2.5 inches. The most amazing benefit is the recovery from my workouts. I recently did 100 hindu squats in a row in my guts workout and I was a little winded, but went right on to 100 step ups with no real fatigue. Work stress is easier to handle and I am sleeping like a rock. My muscles are more defined than ever which I can also attribute to the isometrics.

For those of you that may be skeptical, I know I was, give it a try! What have you got to lose? Inches, pounds, time to recover from a hard workout? It may seem daunting at first, maybe expensive too, but I think it is cheaper and much easier to plan meals and shop at the store. I cant wait for the new vegan book, I am sure I will be tweaking my food a bit after reading it.
