Still doing my weekly routine.

Had surgery Nov 30th on my right knee to remove a torn meniscus. Sucessful and running a little but having trouble with a calf muscle, in no hurry to run more.

I weighed myself today on our Wrestling coaches scale and weigh 165, I am 6 foot, heaviest I have ever been. This is due to no running and a little cycling. I believe my bodyfat is low, all my cloths still fit somewhat loose but gots more muscle on top, back and legs.

Probably lose some now that school is back and Track starts Feb 4th.

Hope to be running about 3 days a week in a month of about 3 miles. My heavy aerobic days are over.

The goal os to be able to do some intervals in a few months, we will see.

Since starting transformetrics I have gained almost 15 to 20 pounds of muscle.

My diet is a Nutra Bullet in the morn with veggies and fruit, some nuts through the day with some bars and fruit and then one meal a day at night consisting of more plant food, maybe some green pasta and lots of water. Do cheat quit a bit. but do not over do it.

Monty-- 54 years young

On Wednesday my Sports Training class did max pull ups as we are doing fitness testing .

After all 45 were done I did 27 Pull ups. The top kid was one of my top runners and he did 26 chins.

My personal record is 36, which I did a couple years ago. The day before I did reps pull/chins of 6x20 reps with a ton of other bw and FMT stuff.

Needless to say I was pleased and the kids were like old guys rule!! HAHA!!

Today did GUTS level 3 in 26:19

I hardly ever time this but decided to give it a go.
So I did:

50 Power T push ups
75 Atlas II
100 BW parellel Squats- Tiger/Flat footed/ 50 lunges part of it too.

Did this 4 times with the Milo at the end.
Then added some shoulder/curl, upright rows with the Iso Belt and 2x30second Pull up holds. Also another 100 Power Ts.

Felt great and was energized afterwards.

Hey Guys,

Thanks, I have been doing these various circuits for a number of years so really consistency is the key. I also have an endurance background so that helps too. Can't say I always enjoy GUTS but when your done you feel great and know you have accomplished something.
