Week 19.
Tuesday's numbers.

24 pull-ups
50 PowerWheel knees (20 straight, 10 left, 10 right, 10 straight)
100 squats
45 push-ups 16"
24 chins

Monday I had an early doctor's appointment.
Later that day, I performed 24 pull-ups and 24 chins.

BTW, I finally got back to 50 reps on my Atlas 3 push-ups today (8/30/13)!
Now I'm working back toward 20 hanging leg raises.

25 pull-ups
50 PowerWheel knees (20 straight, 10 left, 10 right, 10 straight)
100 squats
50 push-ups 16"
25 chins

I am finally back up to 50 rep/sets of Atlas 3 push-ups with my feet elevated 16" above my hands.
I am also touching my nose to ground when extended on all PowerWheel rollouts from knees (this sounds easier than it is: try it!).

18+5 hanging leg raises
30 push-ups 16"
100 squats
10 around the worlds (5 right, 5 left)
30 push-ups 16"

Still working toward a 20rep/set on hanging leg raises. I am substituting hanging leg raises, around the worlds and powerwheel roll-outs for sit-ups to keep from compromising my lower back.

20 hanging leg raise (finally, back up to 20 rep/set)
30 push-ups 16"
24 pull-ups
30 push-ups 16"
24 chins
30 push-ups 16"
100 squats
30 push-ups 16"

I am using hanging leg raises and the power wheel for ab work.
The hanging leg raise is a super exercise at many levels:
improves grip, wrist, and forearm strength (isometric)
builds shoulders, neck, and lats (isometric)
builds biceps and triceps (isometric)
strengthens lower back and hips (dynamic)
and, develops remarkable cuts in the abdominal musculature (dynamic)

Consider adding this exercise to your regimen.
You will not regret it unless you push yourself too far and fall from the bar while your feet are over your head.
Listen to your body! It will tell you when your set is over.

Tim, when you do your squats,do you do regular flat footed squats or are you doing balance squats? Thanks for any information.

I do a slight variation from the squat Mr. Atlas describes in his course. Rather than placing my hands on my hips, I put them a little lower so that when I am descended in the squat, my hands rest on the top of my thighs. This hand position helps with balance.
So, a balance squat with a slight variation on hand position.

25% increase on push-ups 16" (from 30 to 40 rep/sets)
Moved from one 100 rep/set of squats to three 50 rep/sets.

22 hanging leg raises (close-grip pull-up)
40 push-ups 16"
100 squats
30 pull-ups
40 push-ups 16"
100 squats
30 chins
40 push-ups 16"
100 squats

25% increase on pull-ups and chins (24 to 30)
100% increase on squats (150 to 300)
10% increase on hanging leg raises (20 to 22)

Below is my last pre-stroke, pre-back injury workout last year.

22 close-grip pull-ups
150 Atlas sit-ups
40 Atlas 3 push-ups 10"
150 Atlas balance squats
23 close-grip chins
