I'm wondering if anyone is up for a New Year motivational workout log or some sort of group effort.

I've been incorporating 1 new healthy thing every 30 days and the New Year brings another challenge, mainly to get back to consistently doing my full body strength and conditioning other than eating healthy and doing martial arts....

I'm toying with doing Ultimate Push-Ups again and PowerFlexing... or some sort of amalgamation like that... I know I don't want to commit to try to do it all, which is a set up for scheduling failure for me.

Anyone up for something as a group, maybe 3 Cycles through Ultimate Push-Ups or something like that...
