Hello My Friends,

As I finish the new, "Living Strength Isometric Power Belt Training System" I have added a new quote to its opening page that seems totally appropriate. A quote that reflects the Living Strength teachings.

Here it is:

“He that would perfect himself in any art whatsoever, let him betake himself to the reading of some sure and certain work upon his art many times over; for to read many books upon your art produceth confusion rather than learning.”

Why did I open with that? Because over the years I have known a great many people that have read every theory possible about how to obtain super strength and fitness only to become so confused that they don't know which end is up. This seems to be epidemic in our time. People experience an over saturation of far too much information only to end up not knowing what to believe.

I intend to put an end to that as we move forward. I'm working on funding so that I can have a new web-site, forum and other things that will bring clarity to the art of Living Strength..

Application is more important than knowledge. Don't be like the fat old lady with the huge collection of diet books !
