Isometrics (21 contractions)

I am setting aside rebounding for an experiment. During a recent bout with a stomach virus, I lost 5 lbs., now I'm concentrating on isometrics, pull-ups, chins, and squats to regain those five lbs. My goal is to build up to a solid 180-185 lbs.

My body weight now is 168 lbs.
My body fat percentage is 10-12%.
