Thigh and cafe workout recommedation? Ummmm... do a wall-sit at starbucks? ;-)

Thigh and calf workout recommedation? Do the step-ups version of GUTS. Need a step? My stairs are 10" high apiece - works out nicely. The step-ups really confirm that your calves can handle the work - or let you know that they need some work.

Need more thigh time? Do 6 minutes of Hindu squats as part of GUTS - i.e. 150 or so. Then switch to step-ups for the other 6 minutes. They complement each other perfectly.

Hindu Squats hit the thighs very hard when you hit above 100 once you go beyond that its all game. Holding a horsestance build the thighs from a different spectrum which is isometrics. Work up to a min. or more if you can go beyond 5 min. you're doing good.
