Hello Everyone,

For many years it has been widely understood that exercising at a moderate level of intensity for just 15 to 20minutes is a 'happiness prescription'. The good news is that you can fit in several sessions each day this way (if you want to) and feel great as a result.

Here is an excellent short article on the benefits of a 15-minute run. NOTE: In order to get the best life-affirming benefits of exercise you DO NOT have to overdo anything.
