Very good post John & Greg,

I found myself falling into this trap with all the different exercises John recommends and so I'd find myself thinking I did not have time to do all of them and ended up not doing any of them. Should I do M7 or PYTP or Calesthenics, or ISOs. After experimenting I've found what I feel works best for me at this point in my development and now just need to do it and do it consistently.

Appreciate the great advice.

The first step to breaking the cycle is to just go and do something. If you are experiencing analysis paralysis while reading this, just go do a set of pushups or Atlas situps or something--it will only take 60 seconds. Then come back and read some more, do some more sets, etc. By the time you've read 5 more forum threads, you could be dripping in sweat and your muscles pleasantly tired.

And now, a set of Atlas pushups...14!
