Wow! This is fun to see. Transformetrics is an integrated cross training exercise system that incorporates several training modalities into one system. They include Power Calisthenics, Self Resistance through DVR/DSR and Isometric Contraction. Many of us also add running, biking, swimming, and other cardio activities to round out our fitness.

So in answer to the question, "isn't this the same as isometrics? " Answer: Oh yeah and a whole lot more!

Isometrics are one component of the system and a very important one. Transformetrics takes Isometrics and other similar power meditation or inner concentration exercises and uses their potential to develop the total coordinated physical, emotional, and mental powers of the individual or NERVE FORCE.
