Tim,
How do you perform the 'leg press' with the belt? Is this a squat movement...or do you sit and hold the loop at different sizes and put the foot inside and try to 'push out'...if this makes sense....Thanks.

Isorez,
I make a loop: the top of the loop is at these three positions (upper-thigh, lower-thigh. knee-high). I bend my knees, Contract the muscles of my upper body and then press down, push up, and out with my legs (imagine pushing your feet through the floor and picking up a car at the same time).

With the loop over and around the thighs and knees try doing all three at once up, down, and out.
Be careful not to pinch your hand with the belt. You can get an interesting bruise if the belt is not held correctly.
Try it and let me know how it goes.

I have discovered a super-charged version of the Atlas balance squat. While performing the ABS hold the hands in MILO Extreme starting position (one fist on top of the other. Press down and pull up at the same time; also, push right and left at the same time). This simple action combined with an abdominal contraction places the entire upper body in isometric contraction.

This variation is an exercise of concentration, balance, and strength. Let me know what you think of it!
