Bridge with hand support: Haven’t done these in a while, stiff…

A random kind of GUTS workout, didn't time it either.

All in all, a depressingly lackluster workout, must be all the clouds around.

Legs were finally over being sore from Tuesday’s workout though, I kept the reps low today so I can slowly build back up.

Been away for the weekend since Friday.

My triceps were so sore from Tuesday's workout I didn't go again till' Friday.

Wackybabyworkout Friday 12/04/09

Hindi Push-ups - 100 (in 5:05)
Hindi Squats - 100 (In 2:40)
Back Bridge - 40 seconds

Wasn't too sore Saturday but was real busy.

Got to go swimming Sunday & also practiced some walking around on my hands. The thing is I haven't done either in a while & I tweaked my right shoulder a bit. Swimming went OK though...

Today the shoulder is still sore, but not too bad, I expect the discomfort to go away soon. (I hope)

Hey, Wacky.

Just noticed that you've met the GUTS challenge with a post in my thread. I will personally send you 300 pesos, if I can still find my excess Mexican Change.

50 pushups, 100 situps, 300 Squats, and the MILO sets.

Pretty good for someone who claims to have an excess gut. I used to think that you were masquerading as JP. Now I think you're masquerading as Matt Furey. How's it been going, Matt?

Hank

GET "COMBAT CONDITIONING 'CARTOON EDITION'" NOW!!!

Ha, Ha, I'm only kidding...

Matt's a couple of years older than me & lives down in Florida, a lot warmer than where I am going too be in the next few days. It's going to turn frigid tomorrow evening up here in MA and get worse from there I think...

I'm not sure I understand your post about me meeting the GUTS challenge with a post in your thread. I appreciate the pesos your going to send (I will take them) but Iv'e never actually done the G.U.T.S Challenge in any way, shape or form.

This is the G.U.T.S Challenge. (24 Minutes Total)

Quote:
Atlas III Push-ups - 50 (In 1 minute)

Atlas Sit-ups - 100 (In 3 minutes)

Tiger Bend Squats - 300 (In 12 minutes)

Atlas Sit-ups - 100 (In 3 minutes)

Atlas III Push-ups - 50 (In 1 minute)

The Milo Exercise - 20/20, 15/15 (For 4 minutes)...
I HAVE NOT DONE THIS! EVER!!!

As for myself, still getting over a little shoulder mishap doing some hand-balancing. I decided to actually rest it a little.

Hey, your mishap with doing sit-ups brought back some bad memories I have also had in the past.
Before I began to lift weights when I was younger, I used to do tons of sit-ups.
Sometimes when I overdid it I used to feel just the way this guy looks...
