Your post is so timely for me!

I've been experiencing some pain in my right elbow for the past few months. In fact it started to affect my pushups and I've felt myself slacking off somewhat in my other exercises.

But I think I should take your lead and put more emphasis on DVR's (I am tall and lanky as well so I think that may be one reason for the elbow strain)
