Hi Tim!

So, let me get this straight...
You have been doing variations on the GUTS workout for over three full years?

Is this training every single day? I see you only put one workout a week up, is this what you will do all week long?

Scott,

I have been doing G.U.T.S. or a variation for over 3 years.
I usually take Sundays off, and occasionally, additional days.
I only post my Monday workout on this thread.
The workout displayed in my Monday post is my complete workout.
I also perform shortened versions of it.

Here is today's:

30 close-grip chins
100 Atlas sit-ups
30 WPT push-ups 20"
100 Atlas balance squats
30 close-grip chins


This shortened workout targets almost every muscle in the body and takes approximately 20 minutes.

Monday's numbers.

Last week, I began performing full range pull-ups and chins (from almost lockout at bottom to chest to bar at top). Previously, my range consisted of a little more than 90 degrees at bottom and chin over bar at top).

19+1 close-grip pull-ups
100 Atlas sit-ups
30 WPT push-ups 20"
100 Atlas balance squats
20+1 close-grip chins

Tim,

Thanks for your frequent posts. Quick question, your avatar shows you doing superman wheel push-ups, where are you with these and do you do them very often? Were you able to do from standing when you started?

Jon,
I hadn't performed the SWPU for quite some time, and then, a week ago Saturday and Sunday, I performed 20 rep/sets.
My record is 33.
Yes, I was able to perform a SWPU when I first attempted it.

How is your progress with this amazing exercise?

I consider today's workout the FULL version of my workout.
It takes right at 60 minutes to perform (6:15AM to 7:15AM).

Tim,not trying to be a pest,but what's your diet like,and also by doing the workout that you do ,do you feel that you workout is enough for your cardio fitness?I really enjoy reading your workout posts,they are very modivating,thanks again.
