Thanks Isorez! I try to keep it cardio focused and interesting!

Chuck- I just use a regular stair step, I think like 7 or 8 inches. I have stubby legs so I don't use a bench or anything. The step ups are mainly for cardio purposes. Sometimes I use the steps inside my house, but I prefer my deck, they seem to be a bit higher, wider and they are in the sun!

Todays workout:

525 step ups in 16:40
1,000 jump rope in 10:00
4 rounds of the following circuit:

Atlas balance squat 15
Pullup 5
Knee Tap pushups 12
Walking Lunge 12
Side to side Pushup 12
V-up 12

I realize these are my usual super high reps or super high sets, however, my elbows have been unhappy with all the high reps lately. I am shifting focus to more difficult bodyweight exercises and a slightly longer circuit than I have used in the past. Besides, all the step ups and rope skipping are adding up the high reps!

Been having a rough winter. The northeast is getting pummeled with snow, and I'm having a hard time being consistent. I had food poisoning , tore up my shoulder at work the screwed up my back doing laundry of all things! Today however I finally felt like myself. Warmed up with 500 rope skips, then 1-20 pushups and situps then 300 consecutive squats!
