Two weeks now with the ISO belt. I like the pump feeling I get after each time I have used it!

I want to add my Two Thumbs Up to your post, Sergio!

I have really enjoyed Power Flexes, but John's posts about the Isometric Power Belt finally convinced me to give this a try. I am here to say this Belt is the real deal! I have dealt with some adrenal issues off and on for a few years and have to watch my exercises so as not to over-stress my CNS. The Power Belt seems to give me energy throughout the day instead of sap my energy. I like how my abdominals are worked with every exercise. This is a routine that I look forward to every day. Just amazing. Everything John has said about the Power Belt is proving to be true for me.

I agree with you. I also was doing ISO power flexes everyday but now with the belt I feel much better.

Since one year ago I started having trouble with my right shoulder... not anymore!

Regards!

The stabilization provided by the Isometric Power Belt enables you to project your Life force, Vital Energy, or
Nerve Force [ by what ever name you call it ] to any muscle group or body part that you desire.

I got an app a little while back to help me focus on specific muscle groups. Yeah, it was my inner nerd coming out, but it has helped! You might find this interesting. The app is "Muscle 3D". I installed it on my iPad. I do not know if they have an Android version. The app is free.

You get a large muscular system model that you can rotate with your finger. When you tap on a muscle group, that group turns blue so it really stands out. In the picture below, I chose a back view and selected the trapezius muscles. If you were to click on the downward pointing arrow, you'd get a full description of the muscle group. I usually just highlight a particular muscle group that I want to emphasize and then perform an appropriate exercise with the Isometric Power Belt!

NoBite,

I tend to be pretty detailed oriented (good or bad), and think the Muscle 3D app might be useful.

However, I'm not able to find it on the App Store for iPhone. Could the name have changed since you first obtained it?

Rob, I researched this app better and its full name is "Muscular System 3D."

It is universal for the iPhone and iPad. Here is a link: IOS Version
