Charles Eugster broke the World record for the 200 meters for a 95 year old.

The video is enlightening, he says Work, Nutrition, and Exercise in that order, are the key to living strong in your older years.
Worth a watch.

I'm grateful for men like Charles Eugster paving the way and showing us what's possible for the human body at age 95!
