Hi all,

Its been a while since I posted in the forum, sorry. (Gone through a divorce, been training myself in computer programming, got into a new relationship & finding my place in the world again - so a lots changed. lol)

Hope you guys are all well and training hard. In the past year or so I have been training still - but not as much as I would have liked), but still managed to build and maintain muscle - perhaps a little fat too.

I even joined a gym for a while - and yes I confess did use weights - which I loved for a while, brought back all the feelings I used to have training at a gym. Didn't get many injuries at all but I think thats because I warmed up really well, and half of my workout was still bodyweight. But I still don't like the fact that after a weights workout, I am whiped out for days while my body is recovering. Sure I got strong and gained some muscle, but the recovery is the bit I hate.

Which is why I found myself slowly drifting back to Bodyweight training, You can train every day and easily every other day. Sure I still get sore - but when I train in bodyweight and isometrics I can still function out of the gym the next day - Usually stronger.

Anyway - I'm waffling. Hope you are all well.
