I have edited the post to make it work. Benny -- please make sure to only put the video ID between the tags. Putting the whole URL in there will break the video.

Yes, I am one of the people who would like to see you tear a phone book in half. Also, maybe give us some tips on how to get started at doing it? Do we start with a posted note? LOL! That I can do!

Great job, Benny!

Tim
Actually Tim I will make the video of showing how its done with a thick phonebook then i'll make a surprise feat on how to make it more difficult to do.......One tip I will give you, I learned this from Dennis Rogers.....Get a thick phonebook wrap it all in duct tape all around the book and do isometrics.

Thanks for sharing.
Using a pipe with a padded weight plate or ankle weight attached to 1 end is a good way to work up to the sledge lever.

Congrats on having your own section Benny!! You're a celebrity!! You sure do make it look easy.
I'm going to have to rig up something like what Grunt suggested to start with. Thanks for sharing!

I'm sorry for the "late" post, I've never even found my way to your video blog.

I got a tremendous kick out of you "weaker" side. I'd take your right arm as my strong side any day!
