Hi Viking Dan

Cheers for the course, i enjoyed it.

What i plan to do for maybe the next month is not follow a strict program like i just have. I have not trained my other bodyparts hard, so i want to give them all the same attention for a month, i will still do 1000 reps for my pushups every time i do them.

Of course i will be putting my workouts down on the GUTS forum. I still fancy having a go at the pullup program, the superman wheel program, and of course i will be doing this pushup course again soon.

All the best.

KEITH JAMES.
