For a while I've been doing workouts inspired by the legendary former WWWF Champion Bob Backlund where he would do Step Ups and Ab Wheel Rollouts. I took that workout and started doing them in Supersets where I would go from one exercise to the other for a period of time without stopping. I would usually do 10-15 min non stop.

I took it a step further today and did these exercises using a deck a cards. Red cards were Rollouts and Black Cards were Step Ups. Here's the rep count I did for the cards....

2-10 (Face Value/Per Leg)

Face Cards: 10 Reps (Per Leg)

Aces: 16 Reps (Per Leg)

Jokers: 50 Step Ups (25 Per Leg)

Made it through the entire deck. Only took a few breaks but they only lasted barely a minute. It was really exciting that I finished it and wanted to pay tribute to a world class athlete in my own way. Phenomenal workout.
