Hello Kong2,

All forms of high intensity exercise have the potential to stimulate the body's endocrine system to produce higher levels of HGH, testosterone and other beneficial hormones for men provided the nutritional component to create the hormones is also met.

What you have described, Isometric Contraction followed by extremely high tension dynamic exercise is the most intense form of exercise one can perform and for that reason will stimulate production and release of beneficial hormones.
