Got in a killer workout that is inspired by Bob Backlund. Using a deck of cards for Step Ups an Ab Wheel Rollouts...

Finished a full Deck (500 Step Ups, 200 Rollouts) in 44:43.

Goal was to do it in under an hour and about half way in, changed my goal in under 45 min.

Hey BennyB,

That type of workout is perfect for maximizing one's fat-burning metabolism. Certainly, one way to get ripped on the hurry-up.

Lol I don't know about getting ripped but it does keep one in shape that's for sure.
