hi guys, i was just wondering what the best exercises are other than running that build stamina. i ask this because this is my weak area. any help would be gladly recieved. thank you

Hey Sully2rgi,

Tiger Bend Squats, Tiger Stretch Push-Ups, and bridging are all superior stamina builders.

This is a weak area for me as well. In addition to the exercises John mentioned i would also add that, at least for me, breathing exercises have helped tremendously. On another thread BlackKnight (i believe) mentioned Bragg's Power Breathing book and this something you might want to look into. Your local library might even have it. Proper breathing techniques along with the above exercises will do wonders.

I agree with John, it is a win, win sistuation with those 3 exercises he said, and also G.U.T.S will get your stamina on the up swing.

For variety I would also add Burpees with the pushup and jump. I am still new on this but they really smoke me!
