... studying, and watched it again. Man, if you guys have not seen John on this DVD, I recommend that you pick it up! I'm so pumped up from doing the workout, I can hardly type, lol! Smiley At the end of the DVD, John pumps out 300 Tiger Stretch Push-ups, 300 Tiger Bend Squats and a 5 minute nose to mat bridge!! Unreal John! Cool

I hope you do more DVD's in the very near future. I learn far better from a DVD than a book. The combo of the two are great!

Anyway, just had to share that with any new members of the forum.

Oh, the 21 reps with the superman wheel push-ups at the very end blows my mind!
